Associate Broker and Sales Manager, Christi Arndt excels in real estate sales while also overseeing all aspects of the business operations at The Leslie Kopp Group.

Christi joined Leslie in 2015 and brought with her a strong background in Sales, Marketing and Management, having worked for the developer Carl M. Freeman Companies for more than a decade. Never settling for the status-quo, Christi earned an MBA and enjoyed teaching college courses in business and economics at Wor-Wic Community College while working full-time for her previous employer.

Upon joining The Leslie Kopp Group, Christi was quick to implement new information systems and marketing initiatives which continue to positively impacted sales results for our clients and strengthen the group’s productivity. Her commitment to professional growth and client satisfaction is contagious!

Christi has family ties to Fenwick Island and southern Delaware that span five generations and more than 100 years. Her favorite pastime is spending the day with family, friends, her husband Mike, and her twin children on the beach in Fenwick Island.
