David D. Pool

David Pool is an Associate Broker with Long & Foster Real Estate, licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He represents Buyer’s or Seller’s with the purchase or sale of residential, investment and commercial real estate. David has been associated with Long & Foster since 1989 with over 942 transactions and over $162 million in sales. David is a member of the Pen-Mar Regional Association of Realtors and has served as President of the Associations Board of Directors.

Prior to selling real estate David was employed by the Boy Scouts of America for 20 years. He worked for local Scout Council's in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont and Maryland. In 1983 he became Scout Executive (Executive Director) for the Mason Dixon Council, BSA, Hagerstown, Maryland.

David is a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Civic responsibilities include the Washington County Department of Social Services Advisory Board Member where he has served 2 terms as Board Chair and the Housing Authority of Washington County where he serves as a Commissioner.

David is a Rotarian and designated a Paul Harris Fellow.
