Eileen serves her community through her involvement on the Board at Fairway Overlook, and she is a active member of her church, St Augustine's Church.

Reading, taking daily 4 mile walks, watching her grandchildren sports teams compete ,cheering on her Dallas Cowboys, volunteering and being on the water,are just a few of her interests.
