While Gail has an intimate understanding of Sea Colony and Bear Trap Dunes, having focused on these markets since her earliest years in the industry, she enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all areas from Bethany Beach to Lewes.

Gail loves to utilize her background in rentals to assist a savvy investor or vacation home buyer and she has a passion for helping retirees find the perfect home near the beach. She consistently provides exceptional results for her clients and is always recognized for going above and beyond.

Gail and her husband Ed are proud to call the Delaware Beach area their home since 1997. She loves her career, but when there is downtime, she enjoys traveling to New York to watch a Broadway Show with her daughter Lindsay.
