About Gus Tsamouras
Gus Tsamouras started in the Real Estate business in 2003. He was a successful business owner for 16 years prior to his Real Estate career. Gus owned and operated two restaurants in Baltimore City which are still in operation today. In 2005, he was Rookie of the Year in his region for his first full year of sales. In 2006, Gus was the top individual sales producer in his office having been involved in the settlement of 52 units. Shortly after, he mentored agents and assisted the branch manager in training new agents. During this time, Gus realized he wanted to become a manager. He was appointed Manager of Roland Park Sales in 2007, where he oversaw the moveto the current HampdenSales locationin 2010. In addition, Gus was appointedManager ofCanton Sales in 2009 until its integration into Fells Point & Hampden in April, 2016. InJanuary 2013, Gus wasappointed Baltimore City Manager, now overseeing all three Baltimore City offices;Federal Hill, Fells Point, and Hampden, with direct supervision ofFells Point, and Hampden.
