We recently had the pleasure of the service of one ofyour agents, John Gray.

We met John through a recommendation of our lawyer.Being from Colorado and having to sell a home long distance involves having tremendous trust in an agent. John proved worthy of that trust.

He looked at the home and gave us a price that we were told by other agents was not achievable. John had the home sold in 11 days for the price he quoted.

We went through the home inspection and we negotiated for some unexpected repairs, and settled long distance and just received our check. Even after settlement John has kept in touch so we get our refunds for insurance, tax escrows and return of unused MIP insurance.
