Kimberly Porter, a seasoned agent & skilled negotiator, has many years of experience serving buyers & sellers in the Richmond/Tri-Cities area, specializing in residential sales. She has been the recipient of many awards presented by her local association, in addition to the companies of which she has been affiliated. Kimberly is an active member of her local association, the Southside Va Assoc of REALTORS, serving 5 years on the Board of Directors, an elected position. She currently serves on the following committees: Legislative Affairs, Grievance (of which she served as Chair for 6 years)Charity Golf Tournament, & is serving her 2nd year as Co-chair of the Awards Committee . Kimberly has been a Certified Ethics Instructor for the Va Assoc of REALTORS since 2007 & has served on the Risk Management Committee, the Grievance Committee, & the Professional Standards Committee, all appointed positions for VAR.
