A native of Washington, DC, Leon attended Howard University where he studied Architecture. His career took on a commercial construction path, with a portfolio of projects such a Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD, Washington National’s Ball Park, Washington, DC, Louis Stokes Health Sciences Library, Howard University, Washington, DC, various Kaiser Permanente Medical buildings and Manor Care Assisted and skilled nursing centers, to name a few. In 2003 Leon was licensed as Realtor. Finding real estate a perfect fit for his passion in the same successful service delivery system that he provided his clients and end users in his construction development career. Leon’s goal now is to provide a life style for his clients beginning with the most important aspect, their home.
Leon is keen on getting to know his client’s lifestyle prior to beginning the home search. Through experience, he has learned that people typically end up buying a home that is a departure from their initial must have and desire wish-list, after all the decision to buying a home is 50% emotional (how does it make you feel) and 50% financial capability.
When it comes listing your home, Leon is up front on the value of your home. He is focused on your goals and is determined to make the real estate process seamless. He keeps his clients informed and communicates the status on a regular basis. He realizes that MOVE is a four-letter word to most people; his goal is to make it look easy.
