After years of working at the American Bankers Association planning conferences and then in direct sales while raising children, I found my passion in real estate and got my license in 2014. I was fortunate to have a great team leader and trainer who taught me that nothing is out of the realm of possibilities and how best to serve our clients. We recently changed our affiliations to Long and Foster and couldn't be happier because of all of the resources they can provide both us in doing our job the best it can be done and to our clients for helping them with the process of finding and selling homes.
Having grown up in the area, I know the region well and can help you find the perfect home whether you are a first time buyer or resizing because of life changes. If you are looking to sell, I can help you create a plan to get your house ready to show, develop a marketing plan to feature your home, work with you to negotiate the best deal to get your home under contract, and be with you throughout the contract process until the home is sold. I believe buying and selling real estate is more than a business transaction. It's a relational transaction because buying and selling peoples' homes is personal.
