I graduated from the University of Delaware and I am a true Blue Hen at heart. Early in my career, I worked in the banking industry and I also had my own business as an interior design consultant. These experiences have given me an edge in the real estate industry. My strong financial background provides support to my clients during the lending process, and my design skills provide value when staging homes, attracting buyers, maximizing sales prices and identifying investment opportunities.

I am also a proud supporter of all men and women that serve our military, especially those here in Delaware. My husband is an Iraq veteran and a full-time active duty member of the Delaware National Guard. In 2014, I received my certification as a Military Residential Specialist and I am passionate about helping veterans achieve their goal of homeownership.

The agent who sold our house, Renee Wolhar, has been absolutely incredible. We could tell that she understood what makes a house show well, like design, lighting and paint colors. Even the intangible things like how to make it easy for buyers to picture themselves in your personal space. Renee visited us several times, offering selling tips and showing us comps in our area. She did her homework. She looked up the selling history of our home. She even took us to see other homes currently on the market to get a feel for current pricing conditions. We listened to Renee and took all of her advice on staging, decluttering, painting, furniture placement, and decorating. Renee brought her own pillows and decorations for staging. She went to our house while we were away and met with electricians, roofers, etc. for quotes. Renee has truly gone above and beyond what other agents we’ve worked with have done, and I can’t tell you how delightful and stress-free she has made the selling process. During this time, I moved out of state and my husband remained in our house until closing. She coordinated my Power of Attorney, and she even picked my husband up to take him to the closing (because she knew I took the car). She didn’t even ask if he needed a ride, she just said, "I’ll pick you up at 1:30".
