I began my Real Estate career in 1986 with what was then Schlott Realtors, one of the largest independent brokers in the NJ, NY & CT tri-state area. After a couple of very successful years I was recruited by a local builder to market and sell his inventory.

When the Real Estate market collapsed and the builder retired to Florida, I was recruited by Coldwell Banker who purchased Schlott Realtors and started managing my first office. That office was ranked 89th out of 90 offices and in less than two years’ time was ranked 53rd in the state of NJ. That opened up an opportunity for me to manage the office in which I started at as a rookie that was ranked 65th in the state and in five years made it to the Top Ten list. I am very proud to have achieved CB’s President’s Council award 10 of my 14 years with them.

After many internal corporate changes at CB, I decided to pursue other options and was hired by a smaller but mighty independent broker to help them expand their operations. In the three years that I was there we opened two additional offices. This was accomplished between 2008 – 2011 when no one else was expanding, in fact, quite the opposite was true.

My wife and I became "empty-nesters" and decided to move to "Slower-Lower Delaware" and we love it! I obtained my Delaware Associate Broker License and shortly after I interviewed with and was hired by Long Foster to manage the Long and Foster Ocean City, MD office. I now have a Maryland Associate Broker license and yes, I have an Associate Broker license in three states!

I am very fortunate to be working for such a fine company that offers endless support at every level. But I am also very lucky to be working with a great group of individuals at L&F Ocean City whom I fondly refer to as my "Team". I consider myself a coach who is warm, friendly, flexible and caring and I’m here to help everyone be as successful as possible.

Since joining Long & Foster in 2012, I am honored to have been nominated 4 times for the coveted Foster Cup (inaugurated 2014) which is the highest recognition given to L&F managers for excellence in real estate.
