Teddy Sonner brings extensive entrepreneurial and international business experience to Long and Foster. Raised in the DC area, he has studied and lived in various parts of the country and the world.
After working in DC following college, he moved to Japan. In Tokyo, he completed a Master's in Economics and founded a very successful international furniture company. Here in the US, he has helped start several businesses and can speak German, Spanish and Japanese.
Teddy has had a lifelong passion for real estate, working as part of multiple rehab projects and particularly enjoys the character and potential of the older homes in the Washington area. His goal is to assist his clients with what is often the most significant investment of a lifetime.
His wide business experiences have made him a skilled negotiator. And, they've given him a deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction -- not only with their transactions but ensuring that homebuyers and sellers are informed and supported throughout the process. Teddy's reputation and worth ethic has allowed him to work directly for local politicians, diplomats, and professional athletes.
