Terri Sensing's goal is to serve her buyer and seller clients' real estate needs so their transactions are as smooth and worry-free as possible. She has been a licensed real estate professional in both Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1997. Terri is a life time member of the Million Dollar Club and has earned the Realty Alliance award for sales performance multiple times. In addition, Ms. Sensing continually seeks on-going training and has earned the following designations in order to better serve consumers: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist); ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative); SRES (Seniors Residential Specialist); and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute).
