A Bio? ME? Well, I’m never one to speak about myself and myself alone because I feel that we’re all in this together… but since this question gives me an opportunity to TOOT my own horn…
Aside from adding some humor, what I do is put my clients first. Plain and simple. This comes from being steeped in the Customer Service and Hospitality industries. Another facet of my qualifications comes from my background in Engineering and Construction. This comes in handy when having to deal with multiple levels of problem solving that occur through all areas of not only the physicality of the house, but the contractual process as well.
With experience in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Property Management, Customer Service and having two ears and one mouth (always listening twice as much than I speak), all the while having the resources to tackle ANY home repair will communicating CONSTANTLY, I would like to think that I am able to provide a high level of ALL AROUND SERVICE to my clients.
