Al's specialties include waterfront properties, relocation properties, and Crofton and Crownsville neighborhoods. He is also on the BRAC committee and a member of the Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce.
Al has lived and/or worked in and around the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area his entire life so he knows the area very well. Al grew up on the Eastern Shore. This is where he became passionate about cooking. His family grew their own vegetables in the garden so there were always fresh ingredients at hand. Al has six siblings and everyday, after school, he would make a snack for everyone to enjoy. Al has been cooking since he was eight years old and now he takes pride in making meals for his wife and children. This is where the nickname 'Al Chef' came from and why there is a chef hat in his logo.

Sales achievements include: President's Club, Directors Club and Hall of Fame membership in the Chairman's Club 1994-2009. Al has been licensed since 1987 so he brings a lot of valuable experience to the table.
