Recognized by the Washingtonian Magazine for BEST REALTORS 2016 & 2017.  The list is not just based on volume, or units sold, but is complied in several ways.  First 50,000 subscribers are surveyed, along with over 1,000 real estate agents or teams that made Washingtonians past rankings.  The survey asks to rate the Realtors they have worked with based on "market knowledge, integrity, communications skills and closing preparation."

Each year the Prince William Association of Realtors recognizes agents based on the volume of real estate sold.  A "Top Producer" is an agent with a sales volume in excess of $5 million.  In 2004 I was recognized at PWAR's Rookie of the Year, and have been a consistent "Top Producer" and received my "Lifetime Award" in 2008.
