Ranking in the "Top 20" agents in Long & Foster's Northern Virginia/West Virginia region since 2013.  A continuous member of the Long and Fosters Founders Club, which recognizes agents having a sales volume exceeding $10 million annually.  Ranked top 2% of all residential real estate agents nationally.  In the "Top 500" of agents in the NOVA market, out of approximately 22,000 Realtors in the area.

Recognition in Print

Recognized by the Washingtonian Magazine for BEST/TOP REALTORS since 2016.  The list is not just based on volume, or units sold, but is complied in several ways.  First 50,000 subscribers are surveyed, along with over 1,000 real estate agents or teams that made Washingtonians past rankings.  The survey asks to rate the Realtors they have worked with based on "market knowledge, integrity, communications skills and closing preparation. Consistently listed in Virginia Living and Northern Virginia Magazine as a top and most trusted real estate agent. 

Prince William Association of Realtors

Each year the Prince William Association of Realtors recognizes agents based on the volume of real estate sold.  A "Top Producer" is an agent with a sales volume in excess of $5 million.  In 2004 I was recognized at PWAR's Rookie of the Year.  I have continued to be a "Top Producer" and received my "Lifetime Award" in 2008. 

Production & Experience

Even with over $275,000,000 in residential sales, I can not say that I have seen it all.  The market is forever changing as are the needs of my clients.  However, being licensed since 2003 and with over 700 homes sold, you can feel confident that my past experiences can help navigate any situation that may arise.
