Bheem Bhat is a Research, Marketing & Investment Consultant, Value Creation Specialist, REALTOR atLong & Foster Real Estate, the Largest Independent Real Estate Company in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Bheem is a 27-year resident of Chester County, PA. Bheem is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers in their real estate decisions, representing his clients’ interest with care and knowledge of the marketplace while striving to provide his clients an advantage during negotiations. He is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Massachussetts, and Bheem is multi-lingual and speaks fluent Hindi, Kannada, Havyaka and Tulu. In addition to real estate, he has been serving the community as a certified Yoga instructor at the YMCA in West Chester, PA. As needed, Bheem also volunteers his time with youth enrichment project counseling, and as a registered science fair judge for the Chester, Delaware and Montgomery county school districts in the Tri-state region.

Prior to his real estate career, Bhat was a Biopharmaceutical Research Scientist for over 21 years, and was also a project team leader and discovery scientist in the areas of vaccines, bone cell biology and osteoporosis. He holds a Ph.D in Medical Microbiology from Delhi University in Delhi, India and did post-doctoral work at Washington University Medical School and St. Louis University Medical School (both in St. Louis, MO). He also holds a Master’s of Science in Medical Microbiology from Kasturba Medical College in Karnataka, India and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
