Brad Kintz Washingtonian Top 100 Realtor
400 King Street
Alexandria, VA 22314
- 800+ Homes Sold
- 16+ Years Experience
A native of Alexandria, Brad Kintz returned to his hometown region to begin his real estate career after graduating in 2000 from the University of Virginia, where he had an injury-shortened football career and received degrees in economics and Spanish. As Brad strove to build his business, his degree in Spanish proved especially invaluable in reaching out to the DC area’s ever-growing Latino population. Just as invaluable throughout his early real estate days were the insights and perspectives he gained from growing up around the real estate business. Throughout his career, Brad Kintz has been recognized time and again for his ability to help NoVa/DC area residents achieve their real estate ambitions and dreams. Quickly becoming one of the top Realtors in his office and at Long & Foster (the #1 selling real estate company in the DC area and the mid-Atlantic region), Brad also earned NVAR’s Top Producer award each year from 2004 to 2017. Brad earned national recognition when he was named one of Realtor Magazine’s "30 Under 30" in 2005. Washingtonian Magazine has cited Brad as one of the Top 100 Realtors in the DC area from 2015 to 2018.
For 2006 to 2017, Brad was the #1 or #2 Producer for the Alexandria/Old Town Office of Long & Foster (150+ agents) and Top 5 Producer for Long & Foster in NoVa (3,000+ agents). Brad attributes much of his success to good old-fashioned hard work and tried and true principles—most notably exceptional personal service. While he leverages technology to advance his clients’ initiatives, Brad values personal contact over passive activities. Every day, Brad’s focus is on helping people and finding people to help. Brad’s contributions to the DC area community extend far beyond the walls of his Long & Foster office. Among numerous volunteer activities, he is very active at his church, serves as a mentor/tutor weekly at a local elementary school, provides Christmas gifts for families in need, and has spearheaded projects for weatherproofing low-income homes. Brad’s spirit of generosity consistently is a reflection of the outstanding service he brings to each of his clients. With 16+ years of service and 800+ homes sold, Brad has gained a ton of experience that he would love to put to work for you to help get you where you want to be.

"Brad Kintz got an offer on our house after it had been listed for only 4 days, with a ratified contract within 6 days of listing. Brad has been very proactive and extremely responsive to our suggestions and questions. He has a deep knowledge of the house selling process, including how to bring out the best aspects of your house in the online listing, and works with a very strong network of realtors in the Northern VA Region. Above all, Brad is incredibly confident with a very positive attitude and excellent communication skills, and we absolutely trusted that he would do his best for us, and he did."

Lesley and I would like to thank you for the outstanding job you did selling our home in Annandale. Your professionalism and commitment to us was much more than we ever expected. You were always there to offer advice and support during the six week rehab on our property. The advice you offered was right on the mark every time. Your knowledge of the market and what was realistic made the difference in finding the right buyers for us. We would recommend you to our family and friends any time.
We are very happy with everything you have done for our son Peter. He is very excited about the closing in January on his home in Haymarket. Another great job. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family, Wayne and Lesley"

"After going on and on about how I no longer trusted real estate agents to do the right thing Brad convinced me to meet with him and talk about giving him a chance to change my mind. Oh happy day....meeting Brad was the best thing that happened to us from the time we decided to sell our house and buy a condo. Brad convinced us that, given the opportunity, he would sell our house in one month, yes, one month. Guess what???? He did! Brad not only found a buyer for our house he also changed our feelings toward real estate agents in general.
If you need a miracle worker who is patient, hard worker, thoughtful, and listens... when you believe selling will never happen, hire Brad Kintz. He will get it done!
