Cathy Garrison

Cathy was born into the Real Estate business in Charlottesville, Virginia, so her passion for houses struck at a young age. After graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration, she started her career at a global real estate investment firm in Washington D.C. With an extraordinary amount of experience under her belt, she decided to return home to the place she loves most and after almost twenty years in the industry she has developed a reputation as one of the most ethical and hardworking agents in the business. Cathy is a dedicated real estate professional with Long and Foster’s Historic Downtown office and enjoys helping buyers and sellers, and analyzing property for investors interested in adding to their portfolios. Cathy and her husband, Ben, a real estate appraiser, live in downtown Charlottesville and spend their free time entertaining family and friends, hiking the Blue Ridge, traveling, and rehabbing investment properties.
