Charles Payne has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Virginia for over 32 years. He was a tobacconist for over 40 years and is the current Owner/Operator of All Occasion Limousine Service. He served as the Coach for the Halifax County Middle School Golf Team for 14 years.

Charles was born and raised in Halifax, VA and has been a lifelong resident of Halifax County, VA. His daughter Beth Grinnen, son-in-law Richard and granddaughters Ellie Grace and Katlin Joy reside in Richmond, VA. His son Phillip, daughter-in-law Kathy and grandchildren Alex and Kinsley reside in South Boston, VA.
