This is a little known relatively new plan insured by the Federal Housing Administration also known as the FHA.

For example, you sell your home and get $250,000 cash and buy a home for up to $500,000 and have no mortgage payment ever.

Because you have no mortgage payment, there is very little qualifying for the loan.

You want to give the kids or grand-kids money for something. 

You can invest the equity at a higher rate of return. 

You can buy a house and use the cash to fix the house up the way you want. 

You can pay off high interest rate credit cards.

You want to be closer to your kids or grand-kids or further away. 

You want extra cash to buy a new car or travel. 

You want to have extra cash for prescriptions or medical emergencies. 

Try to borrow money when you’re on social security. 

To buy a house you have to cash in a CD and pay a penalty.

 To buy a house you have to sell an investment like a rental home, stock or coin collection and pay taxon the profit. 

You have to take money out of a 401k and pay taxes on the profit. 

This is a specialized loan insured by the federal government and is not available at your bank.
