I can't say enough good about working with Daren. Daren came recommended through my aunt, who had known him for many years. I had contacted with another agent for a different property, but she asked me to call him for my father's main home. We met at the house the next night. He went through the house, then we sat down at the kitchen table. He detailed what we could do to the house to improve its marketability, then came out with the analysis of the neighborhood, what the comps sold for, and WHY. That essentially, if the house was fixed up, we could sell it for that, but if we wanted to list it for the lower and allow the buyer to make those changes themselves, he could sell it that weekend (this was a Tuesday). Being my late father's house we had no need to sink money in for a potential higher price, so he set up the open house. that weekend we had I believe three offers. The first was the closest to asking, and after a brief negotiation, we accepted. He not only did what he said he could, he then followed up all along the way with things like inspections, getting the buyer to pick the roof color (we were getting a new roof,since they bought it, they picked the color) AND EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

Perfect in every way

Excellent, Responsive, Perfect Experience

Outstanding

I interviewed 2 agents and had 1 more scheduled, but Daren stood out so far superior I listed with him and canceled the 4th. Daren's knowledge and experience just stands out. You can tell he truly loves what he does and has a passion for it. He made the whole process very easy.

They were very nice. Showed us what to do to get ready to show the house and then once the viewings started it was amazing. 39 viewings and we had to say no to some because we were still living there. In 4 days 5 offers and 4 were over asking. They advised us through the whole process. Great job.

Daren sold a distressed Cherry Hill property for above asking within a day of listing. True, it was a seller's market but he still got us about $20K more than the buyer that a competing agent was offering prior to us signing with Daren. He also managed to delay closing long enough (90 days) for us to liquidate and clean out the property. He is low key and low pressure and no agent that we met with knew the Cherry Hill market better (we interviewed five). He also has an excellent support staff who go out of their way to cut extra keys, make and deliver copies, etc... Bottom line, I don't think that you'll find much better than Daren and his team.
