David Hooper has over23 years of experience listing and selling real estate in Washington D.C. and Maryland. He was born in Washington, D.C., and graduated from the University of Maryland (1976) and Howard University,School of Social Work (1978). He served under four (4) mayoral administrations in Washington D.C. as the Homeless Coordinator for Medical Affairs.He retired May 31, 2008 from the Department of Health as a Health System Specialist.

David Hooperserved three (3) terms in the Trinidad community as Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner of Single Member District 5D07. Additionally,he has been a member of Bible Way Church since 1971
