Deciding where to live and/or to sell or purchase a new home is a big decision and I have the experience, knowledge, and skill to assist in the decision-making process that leads to a successful conclusion. I know patience and a low pressure approach are important to any client.
I am a longtime K-12 educator having served as Superintendent of Clarke County, Orange County, and Winchester Schools in Virginia until 2009. For the last nine years I have been on the faculty of Shenandoah University as an Assistant Professor of Leadership Studies. My experience in education led to an interest in helping families to live in and enjoy their community.
I have a wide variety of interests that include local history, genealogy, choosing a good wine for dinner, and an occasional round of golf. My experience combined with an interest in people, and a good sense of humor are all a part of making the process of buying or selling a home a great experience.
I am married to Dr. Karen Kellison, Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at Lord Fairfax Community College. Together we have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
