Dianne Vandivier

A strategic, customer-focused marketing pro with a long history of satisfied clients, Dianne provides a unique set of skills to offer sellers and buyers. Her MBA in Marketing from Indiana University provides a solid foundation from which she's held 25 years of marketing/sales leadership positions in a variety of settings. She offers sellers cutting-edge marketing tactics using innovative technology to maximize exposure. A 25-year resident of North Arlington, Dianne bought and sold several homes and investment properties before transitioning from leading marketing teams to pursuing real estate full time, with a license in VA as well as DC. She has a particular interest in historic homes, springing from her degree in Art and Architectural History from University of Virginia as well as her purchase of her own turn-of-the-century home in Arlington and previously in DC. When not helping buyers and sellers, Dianne is often hiking in local parks, such as Great Falls, biking the W&OD trail, singing with the Cathedral Choral Society at Washington National Cathedral, or hanging out with her teenage son--a product of the first-rate Arlington school system.
