Holly Deckert-Moore

Holly received her real estate license in 2004, but her exposure to this fast paced service business began at the age of seven as she observed her "top producer Mom" Jan Deckert, enjoying her career! Educated in Howard County elementary and middle schools, Holly graduated from Seton Keough High School and went on to study Early childhood Education and The University of Maryland. Prior to starting her real estate career, Holly managed two day care centers, served as a part time real estate assistant, and spent one year as a loan processor. The varied skills acquired in these positions transfer well to understanding and assisting buyers and sellers in today's challenging real estate market. She brings her enthusiasm, energy, listening skills and patience to every transaction. Holly particularly enjoys introducing buyers to the New Homes market. She is knowledgeable of new home inventory throughout Howard, Montgomery, Carroll, Anne Arundel and Frederick Counties. She is able to negotiate with builder representatives on your behalf and find the perfect community and home style to meet your needs. Holly resides in Howard County with her husband John, children Kiersten, Charlotte, Aria and yellow lab Sgt. Cane.
