Holly has a bachelor of arts from the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising, in New York City. She is working on getting her a degree in health administration from St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and has resided in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia for almost three years. In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking and yoga. Smith also has an artistic side and attends art exhibits, draws and participates in all the city of Philadelphia has to offer.
She has worked for four years for O’Neill Properties, the largest Philadelphia developer that specializes on retail leasing for large mixed-use properties. While new to the residential arena, Smith plans to focus her sales efforts on the suburbs and center city Philadelphia.
