    Jane Fairweather

    A 30 year veteran of the business, Jane is a pillar in the Maryland real estate community. She has been consistently ranked among the very top producers in Maryland, the Capital Region and nationally. Well-known for her market acumen and her relentless service, Jane is greatly respected and loved by her clients and peers alike. Together with her team of highly specialized assistants and buyer agents, Jane sells an average of 170-190 homes per year. Her careers sales have long exceeded $1 billion dollars, but Jane herself measures success, not in sales volumes, but by the numbers of her clients who become lifelong friends, as well as her close ties to the neighborhoods she lives and works in.

    Brooke Heiberger

    Licensed Buyer/Listing Agent

    Brooke is an expert buyer and listing agent licensed in both Maryland and Virginia. Raised in Potomac, Maryland, Brooke has in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, especially in the Potomac, Rockville and Gaithersburg areas. She prides herself on providing all of her clients with unparalleled customer service. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail help ensure that each real estate transaction goes smoothly. Brooke also serves as an active member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

    David Fairweather

    Property Management / Licensed Buyer Agent

    David Fairweather received a Ph.D in Statistics from Florida State University, and worked for the Federal Government for 19 years as a senior research analyst. Since 1975, he has created a large rental portfolio of single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums as a Real Estate Developer. In addition, he developed 1,428 acres of land in Chesterfield, Virginia and donated 439 acres to the Virginia Department of Forestry for a State Park.

    As a founding Director of Monument Bank in Bethesda, David served from September 2005 to October 2011 as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

    In 2012, David Fairweather developed a solar farm in Worton, Maryland that produces 560,000 kilowatts of power per year – enough power to support 75 single family homes. The power is sold monthly to the Chesapeake Electric Cooperative. David received three Federal grants from the Federal government for this project of more than $600,000 and a Maryland Energy grant of $50,000. David contracts with Sol Systems and sells solar renewable energy credits, quarterly.

    Throughout his career, David Fairweather has succeeded as an Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bethesda, MD and is licensed as an Associate Real Estate Broker in Maryland, DC and Virginia.

    Kelly Fairweather

    Property Management / Licensed Buyer Agent

    Kelly is the Director of Property Management Services for the Jane Fairweather Team. Kelly’s daily functions are to service and maintain the rental properties she has under management as well as provided management services to condo associations in the Bethesda market area. She is also the Administrative Director of the team and handles all back-office tasks such as payroll, budgets, building maintenance, and the supervision of the property maintenance team. Kelly’s professional knowledge ensures a quick response to owners and tenants alike. She meets their needs at the highest level, which ultimately maximizes the value of the property. She is also a licensed agent in MD and DC assisting sellers and buyers with their real estate needs.

    Ron Ziegel

    Licensed Buyer/Listing Agent

    Ron is a licensed listing and buyer agent in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has been an associate with The Team since Jane began in the late 1980’s. Ron brings considerable knowledge, experience and expertise to all transactions and specializes in the Kensington, Maryland market area.

    Sharetta Nelson

    Closing Coordinator

    Sharetta King Nelson is responsible for coordinating all tasks related to getting Fairweather Team homes to settlement. To ensure a smooth and timely closing, she arranges meetings and attends appointments necessary for a settlement to occur. This includes spending time on the phone and sending emails to a company of appraisers, loan officers, mortgage processors, termite and home inspectors, settlement companies, co-op agents, buyer brokers and settlement attorneys. You will meet Sharetta after your contract is ratified and just prior to hanging a SOLD banner on your home. Sharetta is also an experienced Licensed Settlement Agent in the State of Maryland and a Public Notary.

    Kyle Welty

    Licensed Buyer/Listing Agent

    Kyle is a listing and buyer’s agent, licensed in Maryland. Kyle began his real estate career working in his family’s business, Welty Homes, where he gained a wealth of knowledge on the Montgomery County real estate market. Kyle grew up in the area and attended Wootton High School in Rockville, where he exceled on the basketball court. He went on to play college basketball at Bridgewater College in Virginia. Although he had several opportunities to play professional basketball overseas, he decided instead to return to his hometown and follow in his family’s footsteps with a career in real estate. Kyle joined the Jane Fairweather Team to take advantage of the opportunity to learn under Jane’s expert tutelage.

    Debbi Minkoff Miller

    Licensed Buyer/Listing Agent

    Licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Debbi is committed to providing her clients exceptional service. A fierce negotiator, she listens to her clients’ needs to effectively guide them through the process of selling or purchasing a home. She is a resourceful, proactive, strategic thinker and problem solver. Her professionalism, integrity, and discretion are unsurpassed.

    Debbi was a founding member of the Friends of Montrose Park, twice chaired the Bark Ball for the Washington Humane Society, was chair of the Children's Hospital Young Perspective Council, and has worked with other community, small business, and animal welfare organizations in the DC area.

    Debbi has two grown children who were born and raised in DC. She lived in Georgetown for over eight years, the Kent/Palisades neighborhood of Northwest, DC, for more than 25 years, and recently moved to Park Potomac and feels like she is on perpetual vacation.

    Each morning Debbi and her rescue dog, Archie, can be seen walking/hiking in the neighborhood. She practices yoga regularly and plays tennis sporadically.

     
     

    Lisa Siegel

    Director of Marketing and Listings

    People know her for her high energy, creativity, and in-depth knowledge of Montgomery County Real Estate. Lisa is the Director of Marketing and Listings for the top-producing Jane Fairweather Team, iconic in Bethesda and throughout Maryland. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Lisa is a true Washingtonian. After graduating from Boston University with a Bachelors of Science, she began her career at her family business in Arlington. When the family business closed, Lisa made her foray into real estate, working with a local firm where she specialized in helping seniors downsize their homes. It was while she was assisting Jane's clients that Jane became aware of her talents and offered Lisa a position on the Jane Fairweather team. Lisa's role on the team includes preparing homes for sale and marketing the team's listings. She is responsible for their advertising in all print and social media venues. Licensed in the state of Maryland, Lisa has earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, and continues to assist empty-nesters with the overwhelming challenges of moving from their longtime family homes to their new space. Lisa currently resides in Potomac wither her husband and two children. In her spare time, you will find her hiking, reading, and cheering on her beloved Washington Capitals.

    Glenda Martinez

    A native Washingtonian, Glenda was raised in Silver Spring and attended Albert Einstein High School.  Prior to getting into real estate she sold home, auto and commercial insurance to individuals and businesses. With her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, she quickly became one of the top producers in the company. Glenda has always enjoyed meeting new people and building relationships and loves working in a sales environment. Licensed in Maryland, Glenda serves buyers and sellers of all backgrounds and price ranges. Along with working toward her clients’ success, she is determined to give back to the community. Fluent in Spanish, she specializes in assisting members of the Hispanic community with the purchase and sale of their homes. Glenda has joined the Jane Fairweather Team, one of the highest-producing teams in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  The Jane Fairweather Team is affiliated with the Bethesda Gateway Office, Long & Foster’s #1 office companywide.

     

    Stacey Kohl

    Licensed Buyer/Listing Agent

    Stacey is thrilled to be a new addition to The Jane Fairweather Team. Stacey first became a real estate agent in 2004, back when she lived in Wisconsin. (Yes, she loves the Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packers. And yes, in that order)! Because Stacey is extremely detail-oriented, you can rest assured that she will watch over every detail of your transaction, from beginning to end. In her spare time Stacey can be found dancing at Joy of Motion Dance Center in their DC or Bethesda studios.
