Janet Hand is a realtor with Long and Foster Real Estate and a member of the Howard County Association of Realtors. She has been in the real estate and finance business for the past twenty years providing quality customer service to her clients. Helping her clients find their perfect home and navigating the process from start to finish is her number one priority.

Janet graduated from the University of Maryland and is a proud Maryland Terrapin... Go Terps! All three of her sons and husband are US Army veterans and she takes pride in working with veterans and their families.Sheis dedicated to fulfilling the dream of home ownership for her clients whether first-time home buyers or seasoned owners who are looking for a new opportunity.

Janet enjoys all Maryland has to offer….hiking and boating up North at Deep Creek Lake, swimming and boating on the Eastern and Southern Shores , Oriole baseball games in Baltimore City and bicycling around her neighborhood. She also volunteers a few times a month at the Fort Meade USO and the Burtonsville Fire Department.

Janet currently resides in Howard County with her husband, Marshall Hand, who is also a realtor and part of "The Helping Hand Team... a Gold Team member with Long and Foster Real Estate.
