A Virginia born and raised person, Jim earned his business degrees from VCU and University of Richmond. For the next 35 years, he grew in the human resources field with Fortune 500 Companies. The desire for a better quality of life and returning to Virginia was the motivating factor behind leaving the corporate world joining Long and Foster. With a strong human resources background, Jim is acutely aware of the challenges facing people today in buying or selling homes. Jim has dedicated his practice to helping people navigate this process of buying or selling a home and looks forward to making some new friends along the way.
