Jim is a native of Lynchburg and currently lives in Forest. Jim is a graduate of E.C. Glass HS, and earned a B.A. degree in Business Management from Mary Baldwin College and a Masters in Administration from Lynchburg College. Jim is retired from BWXT after a 35 year career in Project Planning and Contract Estimating. Jim is an avid golfer and former head tennis coach at Jefferson Forest HS and Randolph Macon Women’s College. He is a board member of the Lynchburg Tennis Patron Association.

Jim has experience in neighborhood associations both as a board member and president. Jim loves Central Virginia and wants to use his experience and knowledge of the area and his integrity and professionalism to enhance the quality of life of his clients.
