I spend approximately 30% of my time, viewing properties trending prices, contacting developers and planners, and participating in other activities solely for the purpose of securing market information and putting my clients in the best position to buy or sell property. Anticipating and identifying the needs of my clients and then following through to make sure those needs are met is of utmost importance to me.
