Another page that can sometimes help potential home sellers get a general idea of what there home value is "What's My Home Worth". The page includes information fromNeighborhood360, an online program that provides a wide range of demographics, housing data, school info and neighborhood amenities. Take a deep data dive into 155 million street addresses. Word of Caution: While these programs are getting better at estimating a home's current value, they are still not perfect. Please don't use this alone to make a major purchase or sale decision without contacting me for my advice. I can provide you with more timely and accurate home sale data based on your specific property.

Please be assured that this search includesall of the propertiesoffered by real estate brokers and some for-sale-by-owners in our area. Just list your criteria and you will be off and running. By the way, if you don't find a property that you have seen elsewhere, the reason is that you missed purchasing the property, since it is already "under contract" to someone else. Some of the other sites don't remove property listings on a timely basis when they are Under Contract or Sold. I assume that these sites want you to waste your time looking at properties that have already been spoken for. You won't find this problem with my site since it reflects property changes as soon as listing agents changes become effective and available.
