I ultimately rose to a position as National VP of Sales and Marketing for a manufacturer and worldwide distributor in the packaging industry. My success in real estate is partially attributed to the extensive professional training I received in sales, marketing, and negotiation during my earlier years in the sales world. My business philosophy is very simple: I seek to earn every customer's business by providing a combination of knowledge, experience, honesty, and integrity to every transaction.
At this point in my real estate career, I am proud to say that over 90% of my clients now come to me as a direct referral from past clients, business associates, friends, and family members. Working by referral is a great way to do business, and my clients are the ones who reap the greatest benefit from that business model.
