The P Wesley Foster Military Services Scholarship
Wes Foster – founder, chairman, and CEO of the Long & Foster companies – is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and served in the US Army as an artillery officer. He wants to show his gratitude to those who serve by helping other veterans successfully transition to real estate careers.
P Wesley Foster Military Service Scholarships cover tuition and books for classes in DC, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia through the Long & Foster Institute of Real Estate and in Pennsylvania through the Foster Real Estate School. All classes are designed to meet the classroom hours of initial real estate education mandated by the real estate licensing agencies.
How Can You Apply for the Scholarship?
Contact a Long & Foster manager in the state or jurisdiction where you plan to be licensed.
The manager will copy your military ID or DD214 to verify your eligibility. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you can enroll in the next class session and take your first step toward becoming a real estate agent.
