Having earned membership in the Long & Foster "President's Club", she is recognized as a leader and multi-million dollar sales associate, in New Castle County and Kent County, Delaware. Karen has also been an active investor in the state of Pennsylvania for several years and has recently expanded her realtor license to that customer base as well. As a dual licensee, she can assist buyers and sellers in the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania or Maryland. Attracted to the real estate industry as an investor many years ago, Karen recognized that the process of buying or selling a home could be a complicated one. Her passion has become educating home buyers and sellers in the state of Delaware, on every step of the real estate process, from finding a good mortgage consultant or setting a good list price, to obtaining a thorough home inspection and getting a skilled attorney. Having earned an accounting degree and masters in business administration, she's committed to assisting clients to empower themselves through real estate. Prior to joining Long & Foster Real Estate, Karen worked as a corporate finance professional for over 20 years serving in various financial management capacities at Exelon Corporation, in the Midwest and the East Coast. Karen is a Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Military Specialist, First Time Buyer Specialist and Investment Specialist. Karen has assisted buyers and seller's in various price ranges, including new construction and existing home sales.
