For the past few years, I have worked with investors and commercial clients with real estate needs. A great deal of my expertise was spent helping rehab homes, working to buy investment property, and property management. During the remodel of my own home, I realized that I had a knack and passion for real estate that went beyond simply working on a kitchen backsplash or a new bar area. Part of this passion emerged as a result of a tedious and often mysterious home-buying experience in which my family and I were often "in the dark" about the process of acquiringour new home.

I decided that the gap between service and, perhaps more importantly,education in regards to acquiring real estate was something that I wished would have been better. Much better.

After all, don't we all want to be as informed as possible when purchasing or sellingwhat is often the largest and most important asset that we will own in our lifetime?
