I have been active in the real estate business since 1998. After a 12 year career on Wall Street as a bond trader and Vice President of a large money center bank, I relocated with my family to Richmond. Soon thereafter I began purchasing and renovating homes in the West End of Richmond, and eventually became a full time real estate professional. I have continually participated in multi-million dollars in real estate transactions as both a listing and selling agent, and have worked extensively thru-out the Richmond area and its surrounding counties. My renovation experience provides a solid background in assessing relative value in similar homes, and my Wall Street experience has given me a real facility with mortgage financing. In addition, I spent 2005-2006 as a mortgage consultant with a SunTrust Joint Venture. Relocating to Richmond in 1992, I became acutely aware of the many issues facing a newcomer. Schools, neighborhoods, types of construction, social clubs, children's athletics and proximity to essential services are just a few of the areas where I can lend professional and personal assistance.
I believe my duty is to educate as well as represent my clients during the process so that they can make the best Real Estate purchasing decision. I use my vast knowledge and experience to proactively address details before they become a problem. I pride myself on being honest, hardworking and delivering outstanding personal client service. Personal touches and great communication help ensure my clients success. Referrals from loyal clients form the foundation of my business and constant success as a Real Estate Professional.
The key to my success is your success

Charm for days! This all brick 1938 cottage/bungalow has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath (an adorable, classic black & white tile bath with the great original floor intact!) A welcoming living room, cozy dining area and a very large eat-in kitchen with a pantry & built-in ironing board. In 2018 the Owner added a dimensional roof and a 50 gallon gas water heater. Just this month the entire interior was repainted, all of the hardwood floors were refinished and the light fixtures were replaced with traditional replicas that keep with the style of the home. The original beautiful radiators have been preserved and provide excellent natural gas heat even on the coldest winter days. The house sits atop an elevated lot, which makes the covered front porch the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Out back there is a covered porch which leads to the utility room and the large, flat, fenced rear yard. There is a driveway/parking area off the alley that can easily fit 2 or 3 cars. Across the street from Seven Hills School, and just a stones throw from SCOR & Hardywood, this property is very centrally located.
