Katy Harrold's 20+ years in the real estate profession has included twenty years of successful residential sales, and four years managing over 100 agents in both Baltimore and Harford Counties. Managing has afforded Katy the opportunity to experience many of the challenges that occur during the real estate transaction, and heightened her ability to troubleshoot potential problems to allow for a smooth transaction. Katy's focus is on listening to the needs and objectives of her clients, so that she can provide them with all of the tools and services they need to achieve their goals. During the past 20+ years, Katy has worked with clients locally, as well as those transferring to the area. Currently, she is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition, Katy is a Long & Foster Gold Team Member, Lifetime Member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd., and has completed coursework for Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI).
