Kim Muffler has changed our family’s life. As a family of four and a dog, we interact with a lot of important professionals from mechanics and home improvement contractors to pediatricians and veterinarians and through all of these important professionals none have impacted our life as a family as profoundly and positively as our all-star realtor Kim Muffler.
On three occasions now in different stages of our family’s growth, she has worked with us to understand our needs and deliver a perfect fit that was above our expectations each time. She is able to delicately court our deepest desires while at the same time compassionately and patiently helping us to understand the realities of the market. When my wife and I were just a young couple Kim found us a beautiful condominium as our first home together. And then there was our most recent home purchase. We had already sold our house (Which sold in a single weekend for way over asking price thanks to Kim) and had not found a perfect fit yet on the buying side. Kim of course arranged a rent-back for us so we could stay in our home while we searched. She also arranged temporary housing for us in case we didn’t find our new dream home in time. As time was nearly running out on our rent-back agreement we found a home that was truly inspiring. A beautiful, well kept home with an address we never thought we could live at in our wildest dreams. It is located walking distance from the elementary school my two children will attend. The house had a special energy to it that I couldn’t possibly explain. My wife and I felt it when we first toured the home together and we knew this was it. We also knew that competition would be brutal. An anxious energy crept in as I thought about losing this home. Kim was there with us and she felt the energy in the room and knew just what to do. As always, she comforted us with her positive attitude. Kim knows homes and when she says a home is a good buy, you can be 100% positive that it is. With her confidence and charm, Kim seemed to say "If this is the home you want…this is the home we’ll get." She started making phone calls immediately. I always felt like Kim was as invested in the process as we were. Its pretty impressive that she can treat each client with such care and individual attention considering how many years of experience she has.
The story of our most recent home purchase of course ends with an incredible deal and very satisfied buyers and sellers…which is how I imagine all of Kim’s transactions end. Kim is a accomplished professional. She knows the inside of real estate better than anyone. She understands real estate in her bones and talks about the market with an easy confidence that makes you feel comfortable and safe. She is confident, tactful, and appropriately aggressive when dealing with other people on your behalf. She is your champion. We recently celebrated the first year anniversary of the purchase of our home, and it gave us an opportunity to reflect on the ease of the entire process of obtaining it. We were not looking for another house but found a place with the yard we had been dreaming of. Our mortgage lender suggested a real estate agent that she had worked with in the past and as we valued the opinion of this person who had helped us purchase our town home we chose to give this agent a try.
