Licensed in Virginia and born and raised on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, I’ve always been an overachiever. I finished my Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Managementin 3 years, and my Army veteran husband, Ben Guidry, and I bought our first home when we were 21 years old.We moved to Virginia in 2010 and settled in Reston with our 4 daughters.Real Estate has always been interesting and exciting dream for us.
I bring a wide range of experience in customer service and a strong commitment to my clients. In my past jobs in the travel and banking industries, I was known for going above and beyond, being creative with solving clients’ problems and always following through with commitments. I thrive on challenges; in fact, I finished my Master’s Degree in Business Administration with the University of Phoenix in 2009 while working full-time at the Bank of Hawaii and pregnant with my third daughter.
Since arriving in Northern Virginia, I’ve become a part of this amazing area through numerous volunteer and outreach activities. I brought the Buy Nothing Project – a group that builds community by sharing and reusing unneeded items – to Reston and the surrounding areas and went on to administer and support over 200 groups in the Mid-Atlantic.I’m passionate about community and my daughters’ education, serving as the PTO Treasurer for Dogwood Elementary School.I’ve taught cooking and craft classes and summer camps at the Reston Community Center and coached youth swimming with Machine Aquatics.I also served as a Girl Scout leader and the regional cookie sales supervisor.Following my oldest daughter’s diagnosis with Type 1 Diabetes, our family has been dedicated to fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and bringing awareness to the community, friends and family.
In my free time, I like to take on home improvement projects, including remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms and repairing our deck and driveway. I also love to travel, most recently completing an Alaskan Cruise with over 20 family members! Future travel plans include Disney World and Europe.

"Kristi was amazing to work with! She listened to what I was looking for in a condo/townhouse and showed me several great options that we toured together. Once we found a place that I wanted to move forward with, Kristi helped with the communication and the process. She made it super easy for me! Kristi is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Excellent communication. I enjoyed working with her!"
"My wife and I were very overwhelmed with the though of purchasing our first home. Luckily, we found Kristi and her husband Ben! No doubt they are one of , if not the best team in the Northern Virginia area. They walked us through every step and went up to bat for us on many occasions. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new home (especially new home buyers). Their interest is your best interest! We just closed on our dream home and gained lifelong friends..."

"To whom it may concern, We are so thankful for Ben and Kristi! We met Ben and Kristi in May 2018 when we were looking to rent a townhouse in Reston where we could start our married life together. For weeks, Ben and Kristi walked us through many townhouses and were always graceful as we picked these places apart. There was always something wrong with a home we visited but Ben and Kristi always remained professional and patient. They were always quick to respond to our emails and were very prompt at scheduling visits. Fast forward to July/August: after being disappointed with the rentals we visited, we switched gears and decided to purchase a home instead. Even then, Ben and Kristi remained patient, high energy, and excited to help. They quickly set us up to receive notifications of homes available in the market and made themselves available to visit with us. It was no surprise that when we visited the home we ended up buying, Ben and Kristi knew immediately we would choose it (after all, we did spend 5 months visiting with them). During the purchase process, Ben and Kristi were so helpful. They made a process that could easily be overwhelming for first time buyers easier. Whenever we had a question or if something came up that we didn't understand, they were exceptionally quick in responding and always had a solid answer for us. They held our hands through the process and celebrated with us after the signing. We will cherish the pictures we took with them at the title agency. Even after the purchase, we've reached out a few times to Ben and Kristi asking for recommendations and questions about the Reston area and they remained helpful. As happy as we are that we are now homeowners, we are sad that we are no longer seeing Ben and Kristi regularly. They are such amazing real estate agents and even better people. We would recommend them in a heartbeat! "
