Meet Lauren Kline
Lauren is a graduate of George Washington University, where she earned a master’s degree in marketing. She brings her 25+ year marketing background to her real estate business, sharing her insights about market trends and what drives pricing. She educates her clients, positions them for each step of the process and anticipates issues before they become problems.
A native New Yorker, Lauren has lived and worked in the DC Metropolitan area since 1977 and considers herself a Washingtonian. She knows the DC area neighborhoods and the local retailers, restaurants, services, and schools. She has also assembled a team of top-notch loan officers, inspectors, and home contractors to provide necessary services to her clients as they move from contract to settlement.
“Every house hunter and home seller has questions that need answering. Everyone is looking for guidance and structure. I believe the more you know, the happier you are with your decision. That’s my job, and that’s my pleasure.”
In real estate, as in almost every other business, putting in the front-end work makes for the best outcome. I will educate you about the housing market and walk you through the process before we ever set foot out the door. As we work together, I will stay in touch; position you for each step; and try to solve issues before they become problems. I’m 110% all-in for your success. Home buying or selling is a very emotional process, but it’s also the largest monetary transaction most people ever make.
Lauren lives her professional and personal life with the same resolve – to make a difference in the lives of her clients, colleagues, and neighbors. She has served on several committees for the greater capital area association of realtors and is co-founder of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Brady Campaign Against Gun Violence. She is committed to her fellow REALTORS® and a passionate advocate for her clients.
Licensed in Maryland, Delaware, DC and Virginia, Lauren is affiliated with Long & Foster’s billion-dollar One Bethesda office. The mother of three grown daughters, she lives in Potomac with her husband Andrew, a business attorney and founding partner of the Veritas Law Firm in DC.
