"I have been a client of Lindsay’s since August of 2013 when I moved with my wife to Australia for a three year contract working for the U.S. Embassy in Canberra. For the duration of our time away, Lindsay ably managed my property and dealt with two different tenants. There were never any problems and everything was easy and uneventful, a beautiful thing in the rental market game. Since moving to Australia, my wife and I have welcomed two girls, so when it came time to plan our move back to Northern Virginia, we knew our one bedroom condo would no longer be suitable. We had had informal discussions with Lindsay to gauge whether the current tenant would be interested in buying the property but we didn’t have the time or the expertise to push the idea forward. Once the interest was confirmed, Lindsay took the reins. Lindsay explained the process, negotiated with the tenant, and managed all the paperwork back and forth literally across the world. She took my phone calls early in the morning (Australia is 14 – 16 hours ahead of Virginia). She answered emails at nights and on weekends. When the closing process went awry, she kept me updated, assured me everything would be fine, corrected all sorts of errors made by the closing company, and settled all the accounts. You would think judging by her efforts that a 6 bedroom mansion in Potomac was being sold. But no, this was a simple one bedroom condo in old Reston. Further, since there was no need to find a buyer, she was only working for a flat fee and not a commission. At every turn, Lindsay was amazing. You will not be disappointed having her on your side! She is in select company in this game."

"I would recommend Lindsay, and have, to anyone looking for a great realtor. When we started hunting for our home, she was attentive and available, not only setting up viewings but adapting what places she took us to based on our responses and feedback. When we found our dream home and noticed it was getting a ton of attention in the neighborhood, Lindsay helped us to reach out to the sellers, to be thorough in making sure it was the one we wanted, and also dealt with the flood of questions and excitement we tossed her way. We love our new home and appreciate Lindsay for helping us to get it and feel confident about our purchase."

"I enjoy working with Lindsay so much, I have worked with her twice in only a few years. She helped me purchase my house in 2012 and helped me sell a Condo in 2015. In 2012 I was ready to buy a home in Fairfax County. I had no experience whatsoever and did not even know where to start. Lindsay was patient with me, explained the process and saw it all the way through to my first home that I completely love!! Then in 2015 when it was time for me to sell my Condominium (rental property) in Prince William County, I was again clueless. Lindsay handled everything! She coordinated all the minor fixes that were necessary, dealt with the management company, and dealt with the buyer and buyer’s realtor. I could have never done it without her. She was equally professional, outgoing, knowledgeable and fantastic in each role! I recommend Lindsay to all my friends!"
