The outside deck offers more seating area with the furniture staying . Shed is also staying. sliders lead to the livingroom while back door leads to bathroom and bedrooms. The hot water heater has been replaced with an insta hot water unit, never run out of hot water again. The season has been paid for you so all you really need is you bathing suit and a take out menu!
