"I felt a connection to Malinda when I came across her picture and bio on her company's website. Her bio was very professional and seemingly honest. Her picture portrayed to me a friendly, honest face. When my family met with her, we knew right away that she was the best choice to help us in this unforeseen and uncertain journey. Malinda was very uplifting and positive about the road we were sent on so unexpectedly. There were numerous hurdles in the selling of an old, “unique” house (Unique was the word Malinda used in referring to my Mom's house and it was a perfect definition to begin the process). She gave us a sense of hopefulness with the uncertain journey ahead that turned out to be an enormous undertaking that we had not foreseen. However, Malinda handled each hurdle with poise and always pointed towards the most positive outcome. She never stopped helping us reach a goal that seemed hopeless at times. Some of the hurdles came from nothing to do with selling a house such as health issues and medical situations. However, they had to be handled in order to move forward. Malinda was even able to help in those situations. She found ways to accommodate our health issues without delaying the closing date.
