Mary Messina
Mary Messina has been on 7-Mile Island for over 25 years. She has an extensive and broad based knowledge of the real estate market, having worked in various townships with rental properties, property ownership and developing new properties, through her company CEP Development, LLC. She comes to Long & Foster after working as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Touche and then serving as a Senior Vice President of marketing for small businesses with Merrill Lynch at their corporate headquarters.
Over the last ten years she has worked with a variety of local small businesses, managing their finances and offices. In 2009 she began financing and renting properties on 7-mile island and in 2014 began developing high end properties for sale at the shore. Her comprehensive knowledge of property ownership and development, along with her background in market analysis, makes her uniquely qualified to work with clients in all phases of their real estate journey.
Mary's solid relationships with mortgage, title, insurance and 1031 specialists enable her to provide a one stop shop to meet her client's needs. She is eager to work with both first-time buyers and seasoned property owners to find their dream homes and in listing their properties as their needs change. She knows that the perfect home is important as families grow and new memories are made, and is looking forward to helping families find the right fit.
She works in a variety of markets: luxury, single family, multi-family, townhouse, and condo vacation home, all along the barrier coast and the greater New Jersey area for both primary and vacation homes. In 2020, during the pandemic Mary was joined by her son Paul to expand her team and provide yet another level of service to her clients.
