Meet The Team

Meg Traynham

Realtor® Team Lead

Meg has called Richmond home most of her life. Years of living and working in Richmond have given her an extensive and intimate knowledge of the area. Combined with sharp negotiation skills that are unusually productive, the results are better values and sales prices for clients on both sides of the transaction. Developing a personal relationship with clients is one of Meg’s strengths, a quality that takes the potential stress out of selling and buying your home. Along with a comprehensive analysis of your home buying and selling needs, Meg prioritizes your comfort level to ensure that every step of your experience is seamless. When not meeting with clients and showing homes in the Richmond area, you can find Meg spending time with her children, their spouses, five grandchildren and two grand dogs. She also enjoys dining out with her husband of 40 years, at one of Richmond’s many delicious restaurants and relaxing on the dock or kayaking in Jackson Creek at their “happy place” in Deltaville, VA. Meg loves antiquing and bargain hunting, and is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to college football, ACC basketball, and swimming. The strength of Meg’s business has been built on referrals, so chances are you, or someone you know, already knows Meg. If not, call her today. She would love to add you to the list of her happy and satisfied clients!

Lollie Shankle

Associate Broker

Lollie has 18 years of award-winning experience in real estate. She began her career in Northern Virginia where she was regularly recognized as a top producer and honored with multiple company awards. She was also listed as one of the "Top Real Estate Agents" by Washingtonian Magazine. Close friends since college, Lollie relocated to Richmond in 2017 to join forces with Meg and has become an instrumental member of  the thriving Meg Sells Homes Team. Lollie understands the real estate business, the marketplace, and strives to constantly educate herself on current trends and situations in the real estate industry and overall economy affecting her clients. Her business is not based on what is best for Lollie; it’s based on Lollie listening to the needs of her clients and helping them decide the best approach for their particular situation. There are many who call themselves “customer focused,” “consummate  professional,” “good listener,” and “highly responsive,” but few who actually live up to the meaning of the words. Lollie Shankle does, and it is what separates her from everyone else who calls themselves “Realtor”. Lollie has settled into her fully renovated Westover Hills home and she and her husband stay busy with their two, mini goldendoodles, Bogey and Birdie. Her son and his family relocated to RVA at the end of 2019 and she loves spending time with her grandchildren nearby. When not living and working in Richmond, Lollie relaxes at her family home in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
