-A follow-up phone call and email to each agent that visited your property so that I can provide feedback
-A bi-weekly market activity report to keep track of new properties on the market and properties that recently sold in your neighborhood
-A highly-advertised open house during the first weekend the home is on the market
-At least 15 high-quality pictures to be displayed on a customized brochure
-A listing of your property on the MLS and on over 20 of the most visited real estate websites
-A thorough and prompt presentation of all offers submitted and suggestions on how to respond to ensure favorable terms
