As Branch Services Director for Long & Foster Real Estate in North Carolina, I provide support and guidance to our offices while helping agents, managers and staff leverage the tools and technology that drive their success. I also serve as an instructor on Long & Foster’s Agent Tools team, where I lead hands-on training and coaching on the software and systems our agents use every day.

I’m passionate about helping others feel confident and capable—especially when it comes to technology. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of real estate professionals as they learn, adopt, and master new tools.
