Robert Marsh
My name is Rob Marsh, and I have lived in Delaware for most of my life. My family originates from Wilmington, where I was born, and over the years we have lived in many of the communities in all three of our counties - New Castle, Kent, and Sussex. During my time in Delaware, in addition to being a REALTOR, my family and I have been involved with most aspects of real estate, including buying and selling residential real estate, developing, renovating and constructing single and multi-family homes. Additionally, my wife, Karen, and I have had a property management company serving the long-term and short-term rental markets in New Castle and Sussex counties for the last 28 years. This breadth of knowledge is what I have to lean on in order for my buyers and seller to ge through the buying/selling process.
On a personal note, Karen and I have been very involved in the community as we have raised our three girls in the Middletown area. Our oldest daughter went to University of Delaware and is currently a nurse at Christiana Hospital. Our middle daughter recently graduated from the United States Military Academy and has begun serving our country in the U.S. Army! And our youngest daughter recently graduated from Appoquinimink High School, and is involved with the post-graduate, special needs program that will continue to prepare her to one day help teach young children in our community. So, as a local parent and resident, we have possibly run into each other at sporting events, community events, or while working with the Special Olympics of Delaware, the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware, or our local college alumni association for West Virginia University. Let's Go Mountaineers!! I look forward to one day helping you too in finding your next home!
